Refund policy

Refunds are accepted on non-personalized books within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is not damaged and is in its original condition.

If the book is personalized, but damaged, please let us know and we will send a new one. Please contact goodnighthouston@gmail.com to begin the refund process.
